WELDING DIVISION
Since our founding, we have been manufacturing metal housings for all kinds of industries and we use our database to propose products that combine welding workmanship with product function and cost.
- Very low distortion and smooth weld beat. Energy efficient and energy saving
- Waterproof and dustproof standard IP (We have experience with IP65)
- The product is placed on the table for spot welding. It is safe and efficient. The touch panel makes it easy to set welding conditions.
PAINTING DEPARTMENT
Our technicians, who are qualified sheet metal technicians, have been trained at one of the leading paint manufacturers in the prefecture in the development of painting technology. In 2014, we started our own painting business. We have built an environmentally friendly coating line using equipment to recycle wastewater containing metal ions.
- We propose powder coating in consideration of the environment.
- IN-HOUSE, we handle products up to 2,200W (width) X 2,200D (depth) X 2,000H (height) mm (cooperating) factories support up to 3,000mm height.
- As a pre-treatment for painting, zinc phosphate coating is applied.
ASSEMBLY AND
CLEANING
DEPARTMENT
In order to manufacture metal housings for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and medical testing equipment, we have established an assembly and inspection space separated by plastic curtains, an assembly clean booth and ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
