HISTORY

1947
The late Chairman Shoji Ninomiya established Ninomiya Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
1950
Started Sheet Metal Processing of Telephone Communication Equipment.
1962
Started manufacturing specialized machines for making needle stapler cores.
1971
Started manufacturing computer components for making banknotes and coins.
1972
Developed automatic eyelet hitting machine, obtained patent and started sales
1980
Tsunemi Ninomiya became the President and Representative Director.
1986
The late Shoji Ninomiya awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure,
Gold and Silver rays with the Second Order of the Imperial Prince.
2002
Started Aluminum and Titanium Welding.
2007
Midorigaoka Factory Established; NC Punch Laser Multifunction Machine EML3610NT Machine Introduced
2009

1.Philippine
Manufacturing
Education
Utilization of the JICA private cooperation volunteer system. Our engineers teach Japanese in manufacturing “Theory and Practice, the spirit of Manufacturing” at the Faculty of Engineering, Cavite State University, Philippines.
2.International
Internship
We have an international internship agreement with Philippines Science and Technology universities [Mapua University/ San Jose-Recoletos/ Cavite State University] and accept about 10 students (period of 6 months) every year. WE provide education on technical, skills, Japanese language and culture, manufacturing spirit, basic skills for working adults, factory management, anthropology, etc. In addition, we are activelyl developing organizational human resources so that foreign employees
[Philippines/Indonesia/China, etc] can work.

Experience
WE offer manufacturing experience, work experience, company tour for local elementary, junior high and high students, university students, graduate students and teachers according to needs.

5.Aiming for a Clean Factory
In order to manage the Chichibu area in consideration of the abundant environment, waste reduction (reduction of scrap waste/ Zero drainage painting, etc) and power reduction (introduction of solar power generation system/ introduction of LED lighting/ update of air conditioner/ energy saving). We are working on Equipment Introduction.

NINOMIYA Environmental Policy

“THE ENVIRONMENT POLICY OF NINOMIYA”
“With the management philosophy of responding to the trust of our customers with sheet metal housing manufacturing technology. We give it to the environment in all activities, products and services in various sheet metal housing manufacturing, which is our business activity. We will continuously improve the major impacts and actively contribute to the conservation of the region and the global environment”.
